Domes of the Strait exists to create that design for you. We are a small studio by choice. We work closely with each client, crafting journeys that reflect who you are and what you hope to feel. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, we approach every trip as a blank page.

The first time I visited Istanbul, nearly fifteen years ago, a trusted Turkish friend asked how long I was staying. Five days, I told him. He looked disappointed. "There is so much here," he said. "Even a month is not enough."
I didn't understand him then. But the comment stayed with me.
Years later, I moved to Türkiye with my family. A few years in, and I am still discovering Istanbul—still finding corners, stories, and layers I had no idea existed.
What struck me most was how much visitors miss. The routine tours and general sightseeing are beautiful, but they barely scratch the surface. Istanbul offers depth, breadth, and richness that most travelers never touch. It felt like a disservice to the city—and to them.
Istanbul gives you exactly what you seek from it. But that requires someone to understand what you're truly looking for. That understanding is the foundation of Domes of the Strait.
